Executive summary
Acme Robotics is launching the AR-9 last-mile delivery platform in October. Your current site was built for the developer-tools era of the brand and underperforms with the operations-leader buyer persona that AR-9 targets — demo-request conversion sits at 1.4% versus an industry median of 3.1% for comparable B2B robotics companies.
Northwind Studio proposes a 10-week, four-phase redesign that modernizes the brand system, restructures the IA around buyer use cases, ships a self-serve demo flow, and migrates content to a headless CMS so your team can ship landing pages without engineering. Our target: demo conversion at ≥2.0%by launch and ≥3.0% 90 days post-launch.
Scope of work
- Discovery & strategy (week 1–2). Stakeholder interviews with 6 Acme leaders, 8 customer-success calls, competitive teardown of 4 robotics peers, conversion analytics audit.
- Brand & design system (week 2–5). Refresh of type, color, and motion language. Component library in Figma with 42 primitives, mapped 1:1 to the Tailwind tokens used in the build phase.
- Build (week 4–9). 12 marketing pages in Next.js + Sanity headless CMS. Includes the new use-case templates (logistics, retail, last-mile, custom).
- Self-serve demo flow (week 6–9). Interactive product walkthrough with form-less qualifier, replacing the current 11-field demo-request gate.
- Launch & handover (week 9–10). Cutover from legacy WordPress, redirect mapping, search-console handoff, and two training sessions for the marketing team.

Why Northwind
We've shipped marketing-site redesigns for three of Acme's closest peers — Vector Robotics, Modal Logistics, and Coreline AI — with measured conversion lift of 38–62% in the first 90 days. We work in-house with your team, not handed off to subcontractors, and we ship on calendar weeks 1 and 5 so you can pull the plug if we miss a milestone with no questions asked.
Terms
Fixed-fee, milestone-billed. 30-day net payment terms. Acme owns all deliverables on final payment. Either party may terminate with 10 business days' notice; work completed is billed pro-rata. Proposal valid for 30 days from issue date.
