In 2026, the average sales rep still spends 2-3 hours drafting each proposal in a Word doc, manually formatting it, exporting to PDF, and emailing it. Then they wait - with no idea whether the client actually opened it, read the pricing page, or just deleted it.

The tools that solve this (PandaDoc, Better Proposals, Proposify) charge $49-159 per user per month. For a 3-person consulting firm, that's $1,700+/year just to send documents. It's absurd.

What we're building

A proposal tool that costs $19/month - flat, not per user. One that uses AI to draft the proposal from a 30-second brief, lets you share a public link with live analytics, and collects legally-binding e-signatures - all in one place.

No per-seat pricing. No “contact sales” for a quote. No 14-day trial that expires while you're still evaluating. Free forever for 3 proposals a month, $19/month for unlimited everything.

What we believe

• You own your content.We don't train AI on your proposals. We don't sell your data. We don't lock you in - export everything as JSON or PDF anytime.
• Pricing should be simple.One plan, one price, no tiers designed to make you upgrade. If you need more than 3 proposals a month, pay $19. That's it.
• Software should be fast.If generating a proposal takes more than 60 seconds, we failed. If the dashboard doesn't load instantly, we failed.
• Support should be human. Email us, get a reply from a person who actually built the product. No chatbots, no tier-1 / tier-2 escalation nonsense.

What we're not

We're not a legal service. Our templates are starting points, not legal advice. We're not an enterprise platform - if you need SSO, SCIM, and 47 approval workflows, you're in the wrong place and that's okay.

We're also not a “AI wrapper” - the AI is a tool that drafts the first version. You still review, edit, and send. The value is in the whole workflow: generate, edit, share, track, sign - not just the text generation.
